About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Diploma-Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team and support our commitment to providing exceptional early childhood education and care. In this role, you will assist the Program Leader in delivering the program and supporting the routines in the room and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children.
You will report directly to the Service Manager, Nominated Supervisors, and the service Leadership Team, and work collaboratively with Believe Early Learning educators, families, and the community to deliver excellence in early childhood education while upholding Believe Early Learning’s commitment to safeguarding and protecting children in our care.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Educational Excellence: Actively contribute to the delivery of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Child Protection: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children, maintaining a vigilant approach to safeguarding in line with child protection laws, and provide effective supervision and management of children to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
- Build Relationships: Foster a collaborative and respectful atmosphere with children, families, and team members.
- Well-being and educational support: Support children in expressing their culture and enjoying their cultural rights.
- Uphold Standards: Assist in maintaining compliance with service policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Certificate III, Diploma, or currently studying either qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Completed Child Protection Training.
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations, and the programming cycle.
- Understanding of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
- A deep commitment to safeguarding children and upholding their rights.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Recent Police Check – within the last 6 months
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
