Terms and Conditions: 10 Chances to Win a Home-Cooked Roast Dinner!
1. Promoter
Believe Early Learning Eaglehawk (ABN 33 679 729 358)
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years or older.
- Only one entry per family is permitted.
- All currently enrolled children or families on the waitlist for future enrolment are automatically entered into the competition.
- Entrants must be 18+ years old.
- Employees of Believe Early Learning and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
- Competition opens on Monday, July 7 2025 at 09:00am and closes on Thursday, September 4 at 11:59pm.
- No entries accepted after closing.
4. How to Enter
To go into the draw:
- Book a tour of Believe Early Learning Eaglehawk using the provided form.
- Attend your scheduled tour in person.
- You will then be automatically entered into the competition.
5. Prize Details
- 10 winners will each receive one (1) Family Roast Dinner valued at $100.00.
- Each meal includes roast meats, sides, and dessert, designed to serve a typical family (2 adults + 2 children).
- Meals are for pickup only from Believe Early Learning Eaglehawk, on a mutually agreed date.
- Meals are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw and Notification
- The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- Draw will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 4:00pm.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, a replacement winner will be drawn.
7. Collection of Prize
- Winners must arrange pickup of their meal directly with Believe Early Learning Eaglehawk.
- Dinners must be collected within 3 weeks of winner notification, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Privacy
- Your personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners.
- All data will be handled in accordance with the Believe Early Learning Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
Believe Early Learning reserves the right to:
- Cancel or amend the competition at any time.
- Verify the eligibility of entries and entrants.
- Substitute a prize of equal value if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
